- In a large bowl, combine 2 c. each shredded red cabbage and shredded green cabbage and 1 c. shredded carrots. Whish 1/4 c. prepared raspberry vinaigrette, 3 Tbs. mayonnaise and 1/4 tsp. pepper; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 10 min. Top with 1/2 c. fresh raspberries before serving.
