- Whisk 4 c. 2% milk and 3.3-oz. packages instant white chocolate pudding mix for 2 min. With a sharp knife, split and scrape 1/2 of a vanilla bean to remove seeds; stir seeds into pudding. Let stand for 2 min. Spoon into eight 4-oz. ramekins. Melt 8 oz. chopped semisweet chocolate with 1 Tbs. canola oil in a microwave; spoon onto puddings. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Melt 2 oz. chopped white baking chocolate; drizzle over tops. Serve with 2 c. sliced fresh strawberries.
