INGREDIENTS:
- 24 stalks broccolini
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. EACH salt & pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped toasted walnuts
Toss broccolini with olive oil and salt & pepper. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 to 10 min, or until tender, turning once. Sprinkle with chopped toasted walnuts.
