INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz. (about 30) baked tortilla chips
- 2/3 c. black beans
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend
- reduced fat sour cream
- chopped cilantro
Top baked tortilla chips with 2/3 cup black beans, 1/2 c. salsa and 1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min. Top with reduced fat sour cream and chopped cilantro.
