EASY Black Bean Nachos





INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 oz. (about 30) baked tortilla chips
  • 2/3 c. black beans
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • reduced fat sour cream
  • chopped cilantro


Top baked tortilla chips with 2/3 cup black beans, 1/2 c. salsa and 1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min. Top with reduced fat sour cream and chopped cilantro.
