Blackberry Smoothies

I am a smoothie LOVER! in fact, when I was pregnant with my son, I had to have a pineapple-mango smoothie nearly every day! Things haven't changed much I still love a smoothie in almost any flavor!

Makes: 4 servings












  1. In a blender, combine 1 c. orange juice, 1 c. plain yogurt, 2 Tbs. honey, 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. If desired, top with fresh blackberries and yogurt.
