Prep: 15 min. + freezing Makes: 9 pops
- Place 2 c. 2% milk, 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream, 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix and 2 Tbs. strawberry drink mix in a blender; cover and process until blended. Let stand for 5 min. or until soft-set; stir in 1 c. chopped fresh strawberries. Place foil-lined muffin cups in a muffin pan; fill each liner with 1/3 c. strawberry mixture. Cover pan with foil and insert popsicle sticks in the middle of each cup; freeze. Peel off liners to serve. Garnish with whole strawberries.
