- Cut 2 med. lemons into wedges and squeeze the juice into a large pitcher. Stir in 2 cans (12 oz. each) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar, and 1/4 c. fresh mint leaves, chopped. Add lemon wedges. Chill until serving. Stir in 2 bottles (1 liter each) chilled carbonated water just before serving. Serve over ice.
