- Shape 1 lb. pizza dough (thawed) into a large oval and place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
- Top with marinara sauce, Combine frozen spinach or fresh (thawed and chopped) with sour cream, grated mozzarella and Parmesan, and finely chopped garlic.
- Dollop over the pizza, top with grated mozzarella and bake at 425 degrees until the crust is golden brown and crisp, 20 to 25 min.
