Makes: 4 servings
- Cut 4 med. Russet potatoes into 1/4 in. julienne strips. Rinse well and pat dry. Drizzle with 1 Tbs. olive oil and sprinkle with 4 tsp. dried minced chives, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. pepper; toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on two 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 min. or until lightly browned, turning once.
