Cajun Fish Tacos

Fish + pita bread = total yumminess in this streamlined version using lemon- flavored fish with a Cajun twist.


Prep/ Total time: 25 min. Serves: 4



  • 2 pkgs. (7.6 oz. each) frozen lemon butter grilled fish fillets
  • 3 c. broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced sweet orange pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 3/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning, divided
  • 4 whole pita breads, warmed
  • lemon wedges, optional






  1. Cook fish according to package directions. Combine the coleslaw mix, pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
  2. Slice fillets. Spoon coleslaw mixture onto pita breads, top with fish. Sprinkle with remaining Cajun seasoning. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
