- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) ready-to-serve salad greens
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c. refrigerated fully cooked barbeque pulled pork. warmed
- 1 c. smoked almonds
- 1 med. apple, chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh snow or sugar snap peas
- 1/4 c. reduced-fat balsamic vinaigrette
- Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; serve immediately.
