MAKES 6 servings
- 4 Tbs. butter, melted, divided
- 1 c. 2 % milk
- 8 oz. rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 4 c. frozen vegetables, thawed
- 2 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbs. grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine 3 Tbs. of butter with the milk, pasta, chicken, veggies and cheddar cheese in an 8-in. baking dish.
- Combine bread crumbs, parmesan and remaining butter in a small bowl; sprinkle on top. Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
