Italian Linguini Salad

Prep/ Total time: 20 min.    Serves: 8





  1. Cook 8 oz. linguini according to package directions. Combine 1 med. cucumber, quartered and sliced; 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and chopped; and 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions in a large bowl. Drain linguini; rinse under cold water. Add linguini to vegetable mixture. Drizzle with 3/4 c. Italian salad dressing; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
