- Combine 1/2 c. paprika, 1/3 c. pepper, 1/4 c. kosher salt, 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. ground cumin, 1/4 c. chili powder and 3 Tbs. sugar in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Rub over meat or poultry before grilling or broiling.
