Chunky Chicken Salad with Grapes & Pecans

Using rotisserie chicken means this luncheon salad is ready in a snap. Dress it up with grapes and chopped pecans.

Prep/Total time: 25 min.   Makes: 8 servings


  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. sour cream
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 1/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped sweet onion, optional
  • Romaine leaves










  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add the chicken, grapes, pecans, celery and, if desired onion; mix lightly to coat. Serve on romaine.
